Johnny Garcia, better known as J Rythm, is a producer, DJ & musician based out of Los Angeles. He began his career playing at nightclubs all around LA before he was even the legal age to attend these clubs. It was there where he was discovered by a local radio station that ended up offering him a spot on air as a weekend mixer. To make sure he sounded different from everyone on the radio he began to remix songs to give it that unique J Rythm sound.
In 2013 he hit a landmark in his career landing an official remix for Prince Royce’s hit song Te Me Vas that was released though Sony Music. This led him to remix for many other artists including Maluma, Avicii, Juanes, Kane Brown & Becky G. He goes on to signing a deal with Sony Music and is introduced as an artist for the first time at SXSW in Austin, TX.
A couple years later, J Rythm decides to go independent and release his first original song “Bounce B*%ches” through Soundcloud and all DJ record pools. A few days later he gets a message saying: “DJ Snake just played your Bounce B*%ches track at EDC Las Vegas”. Quickly, following that release with ‘Don Juan’ that continues to receive so much support from DJs and mixshows worldwide.
In 2016 J Rythm becomes the official DJ for The Latin Grammys, Billboards & AMAs After parties for Universal Music that lands him a sponsorship with Chivas Regal Whisky and a headlining spot at Omnia Nightclub in Las Vegas later in 2017, 2018 & 2019.
J Rythm continues to flood the scene with his music and countless remixes and spreading his name and his sound throughout the world. With his most recent releases “Fresco” (Sak Noel/Barnaton) & his latest official remixes for Pitbull ‘s “Quiero Saber” (Mr. 305 Records) & Raymix & Juanes “Oye Mujer” (Universal After Cluv)
